随着信息技术的不断发展，软件项目管理越来越受到重视。传统的软件项目管理方法已经不能满足快速变化的市场需求，敏捷开发方法应运而生。本文以敏捷开发为基础，探讨了敏捷开发在软件项目管理中的应用实践。首先介绍了敏捷开发的基本概念和原则，然后分析了敏捷开发与传统开发方法的区别。接着，结合实际案例，详细阐述了敏捷开发在软件项目管理中的实践应用，包括需求管理、项目计划、团队协作、质量保证等方面。最后，总结了敏捷开发在软件项目管理中的优势和不足，并提出了进一步研究的方向。

Abstract:
With the continuous development of information technology, software project management has been increasingly valued. Traditional software project management methods can no longer meet the rapidly changing market demand, and agile development methods have emerged. Based on agile development, this paper explores the practical application of agile development in software project management. Firstly, the basic concepts and principles of agile development are introduced, and then the differences between agile development and traditional development methods are analyzed. Then, combined with practical cases, the practical application of agile development in software project management is elaborated in detail, including requirements management, project planning, team collaboration, quality assurance and other aspects. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of agile development in software project management are summarized, and the direction for further research is proposed.
