一.项目管理师报名条件： 遵纪守法，具有良好的职业道德并具备下列条件之一者均可申报。 一、助理项目管理师： 1、本科以上或同等学历应、历届学生； 2、大专以上或同等学历并从事相关工作一年以上者； 3、中专以上或同等学历并从事相关工作两年以上者。 二、项目管理师： 1、已通过助理项目管理师资格认证或取得中高级技术职称并从事相关工作一年以上者； 2、研究生以上或同等学历并从事相关工作两年以上者； 3、本科以上或同等学历并从事相关工作三年以上者； 4、大专以上或同等学历并从事相关工作四年以上者。 三、高级项目管理师： 1、已通过项目管理师资格认证或取得中高级技术职称并从事相关工作三年以上者； 2、研究生以上或同等学历并从事相关工作四年以上者； 3、本科以上或同等学历并从事相关工作五年以上者； 4、大专以上或同等学历并从事相关工作六年以上者。 注：中南财经政法大学主考专业助学班（经贸专才1 1）学生由学校统一组织助理项目管理师的报考和培训。 职业前景：随着全球经济一体化步伐的加快和各种竞争的不断加剧项目管理的重要性被越来越多的企业及组织所认识,企业决策者开始认识到运用项目管理相关知识可以大大减少项目的盲目性和损失。而那些拥有良好项目管理教育和实践经验的专业人员也早已成为实力公司追逐的对象。在中国，从事项目管理工作的初级人员年薪在4.5-5.5万左右，中级人员在6.5-8.5万左右，高级人员在11-30万左右。诱人的高薪以及广泛的就业前景，使项目管理成为超越MBA的最炙手可热的黄金职业。
项目管理师职业资格认证考试应该具备哪些要求
CPMP项目管理师考证报名需要符合以下条件：
1、高级项目管理师(一级，高级技师)(具备以下条件之一者)：
(1)取得本职业项目管理师职业资格证书后，连续从事本职业工作3年以上，经高级项目管理师正规培训达规定标准学时数，并取得毕(结)业证书。
(2)具有大学本科以上学历，连续从事本职业工作8年以上，并担任项目管理领导工作3年以上，负责过3～5项大型项目管理工作，并取得一定的工作成果(含研究成果、奖励成果、论文著作)，经高级项目管理师正规培训达规定标准学时数，并取得毕(结)业证书。
(3)取得博士学位，连续从事本职业工作3年以上，并担任项目管理领导工作1年以上，负责过2～4项以上复杂项目管理工作，取得一定的工作成果(含研究成果、奖励成果、论文著作)，经高级项目管理师正规培训达规定标准学时数，并取得毕(结)业证书。
2、项目管理师(二级，技师)(具备以下条件之一者)：
(1)取得本职业助理项目管理师职业资格证书后，连续从事本职业工作3年以上，经项目管理师正规培训达规定标准学时数，并取得毕(结)业证书。
(2)具有大学本科以上学历，申报前从事本职业工作5年以上，担任项目管理领导2年以上，经项目管理师正规培训达规定标准学时数，并取得毕(结)业证书。
(3)具有研究生学历。申报前从事本职业工作3年以上，担任项目管理领导1年以上，能够管理一般复杂项目，经项目管理师正规培训达规定标准学时数，并取得毕(结)业证书。
3、助理项目管理师(三级)(具备以下条件之一者)：
(1)取得本职业项目管理员职业资格证书后，连续从事本职业工作2年以上，经助理项目管理师正规培训达规定标准学时数，并取得毕(结)业证书。
(2)具有大专以上学历，连续从事本职业工作5年以上，经助理项目管理师正规培训达规定标准学时数，并取得毕(结)业证书。
(3)具有大学本科学历，连续从事本职业工作3年以上，经助理项目管理师正规培训达规定标准学时数，并取得毕(结)业证书。
(4)取得硕士学位，连续从事本职业工作1年以上。
4、项目管理员(四级)(具备以下条件之一者)：
(1)具有高中以上学历，连续从事本职业工作3年以上，经项目管理员正规培训达规定标准学时数，并取得毕(结)业证书。
(2)具有大专以上学历，从事项目管理工作1年以上。
The requirements for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam are as follows:
1. Education: A four-year degree (bachelor's or the global equivalent) and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education/training. OR a high school diploma or an associate degree (or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education/training.
2. Project Management Experience: Applicants must have experience in leading and directing projects. This includes experience in all five process groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing) and in at least one industry sector.
3. Project Management Education: Applicants must have completed 35 hours of project management education/training, which can be obtained through formal classroom training, online courses, or self-study.
4. Exam: Applicants must pass the PMP certification exam, which consists of 200 multiple-choice questions and takes four hours to complete.

5. Professional Conduct: Applicants must agree to abide by the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
